Nimi Symbolic Homes — bought a 2 BHK here 6 months back, thinking it was a solid choice for a first home. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, they looked top-notch. But ab jab rehna start kiya hai, the actual usability is a big letdown. Gym ke machines often out of order rehte hain, swimming pool ka water quality bhi theek nahi lagta, aur kids play area bhi itna well-maintained nahi hai. Honestly, ₹3500 monthly maintenance is a lot for what we're actually getting. I'm feeling quite frustrated, especially when I see neighbours struggling too. Did anyone else buy here based on the amenity promises and then face this reality check? Kya karein, RWA se baat karke bhi kuch nahi ho raha. Should I just accept it, ya kuch action le sakte hain?
