Mere ek friend ne bhi Nimi ke aas paas ek project liya tha Alpha II mein, usme bhi green area sirf naam ka tha. Sirf ek chhota patch tha, aur children's play area bas do swings. Maintenance itna lete hain aur uske badle kuch milta nahi. Investment ke liye toh bilkul waste of money lagta hai mujhe, especially when you consider the opportunity cost.
