Nirala Aspire's resale market is not what builders promise, prove me wrong.
Nirala Aspire Low Rise ka resale potential utna smooth nahi hai jitna builders dikhate hain. I moved into my unit just three months ago, aur tabse I'm trying to gauge the real market. Builder ne bola tha ki demand bohot hai, but secondary market mein offers bahut kam hain. Matlab, capital appreciation ke liye thoda wait karna padega lagta hai. Ek cheez jo maine notice ki, yahan investor ratio thoda high hai. Isse rental yield pe impact aa raha hai. Bahut saare units vacant hain ya low rentals pe ja rahe hain. Is it just me, or others also feel this? Kya yahan ghost society ka risk ho sakta hai long-term mein? Meri exit strategy ke liye yeh important hai. Koi aur hai jo yahan flat bechne ki soch raha hai?
