Main bhi investor perspective se dekh raha hu, but samajh nahi aa raha ki abhi capital appreciation potential kitna hai. Project toh completed hai, possession bhi 2021-09-01 ka hai, but resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Mera investment stuck na ho jaaye bas.
Liquidity ka issue definitely hai. Aise projects mein exit karna mushkil ho jata hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Post-possession appreciation usually kam hi hoti hai, especially jab already high price pe le rahe ho. 2021-09-01 possession ke baad se kitna hi badha hoga ab tak?
