Nirankari Affordable Floors? Investment ke liye soch rahe ho toh bahut careful rehna padega. ₹22-45L range mein Delhi mein 'affordable' toh bolte hain, but resale mein actual capital appreciation kitna milega, ispe doubt hai. Rentals bhi tabhi decent honge jab area mein demand ho, right?
