Wahan paani ka kya haal hai, especially municipal supply? Borewell ya tanker pe kitna depend karna padta hai daily? And power cuts ka bhi batao. DG backup kitni der chalta hai, ya phir frequent outages hote hain? For an NRI investor like me, ye sab bahut important hai. Property manager will handle daily stuff, but I need to know the reality before buying. Kya RWA effective hai in issues pe? Hope someone can share their actual experience, especially about hidden costs for water/power.
