Nithari... hmm. Connectivity toh theek hai, metro bhi paas hai. But safety ka issue rehta hai, especially at night.
ROI long term mein mil sakta hai, Noida extend ho raha hai toh prices badhenge. But instant ROI expect mat karna.
Family ke liye, I would suggest research thoroughly about the specific sector. Some areas are better than others.
