Nitya Azaad wins on affordability, Manisha loses badly.
Just moved into Nitya Azaad. Honestly, Manisha Marvel Homes' price point seems crazy high. Is it really worth 2Cr for similar space in Noida? Azaad's carpet area is decent for the price, and possession was smooth. Anyone actually paying those advertised rates at Manisha? The total cost, including stamp duty and interiors, must be insane. What about resale value after 5 years? Thoughts?

Sahi pakda hai bhai! Manisha Marvel Homes ka price tag toh sunke hi hosh udd jaate hain. Nitya Azaad ki deal toh kaafi better lag rahi hai.
Haan yaar, 2 Cr is a lot. But Manisha ka possession kab ka hai? Naye projects mein toh itna price chalta hai, but yeh toh purana lag raha hai.
Totally agree with you! My friend checked Manisha last year, they were quoting 10k per sqft for a ready-to-move. Usmein bhi kuch khas amenities nahi. Usse achha toh Alpha II mein thoda purana property le lo, phir bhi better value.
