My wife's worried about what we're actually paying for. Also, heard about hidden charges that pop up at possession. Stuff like IFMS, club membership, PLC... Is this common in Mohali? What other unexpected costs should I watch out for beyond stamp duty and registration? Don't want any nasty surprises later.
