Noida's Aqua Line is about to get a whole lot bigger! Three extensions are in the works, stretching further into Greater Noida and connecting to Delhi. Seedhi baat, this is HUGE for property values along those routes. More connectivity means more demand, and more demand usually means appreciation. Think about it: Sector-51 to Knowledge Park-V, Sector-142 to Botanical Garden, and even out to Boraki. That's a lot of new areas opening up. The improved multimodal transport is a big plus too.
