Yaar, so true! I was looking at a project near Akurdi, RERA approved, sab theek laga. But jab site visit ki, samjha ki nearby grocery store tak jaane ke liye gaadi nikalni padegi. Public transport? Bhool jao. This 'approved' tag just gives a false sense of security.
