Yeh video Noida sector 150, 151, aur 152 ke baare mein hai. They're saying it'll be the next big thing. I'm looking at ATS projects nearby, but sector 150 seems further out. Is the potential ROI really worth it compared to something closer to Pari Chowk? Anyone else comparing these sectors? Kya lagta hai, which area has better connectivity in the long run?

I'm sticking with Pari Chowk. Safer bet, better ROI in the short term. Plus, I can actually *live* there comfortably right now.
Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite and investment horizon. No right or wrong answer. Do your research!
So, OP, what did you decide? Sector 150 or Pari Chowk? We're all curious now!
I'm still leaning towards Sector 150 for long-term appreciation, despite the risks. The green spaces are a big draw for me and my family.
Be careful with ATS. Their maintenance charges are sky-high after possession. Read the fine print carefully before booking.
U18, True that! Maintenance is a hidden cost. Always factor that in.
U18, Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. They lure you in with low prices, then bleed you dry with maintenance.
I think long-term, Sector 150 has potential. But you need to be patient. It's not for someone looking for immediate returns or convenience.
Market is crazy right now. Rates are going up every month. If you wait too long, you might miss the boat altogether.
One thing to consider is the social infrastructure. Sector 150 still lacks good schools and hospitals compared to Pari Chowk.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Pari Chowk mein you're looking at 8-9k. Is that extra cost worth the established infrastructure? That's the question.
Honestly, I think Sector 150 is overhyped. It's all marketing. Pari Chowk is more convenient for daily commute. Unless you work from home, it's a no-brainer.
New metro line extension ka kya scene hai? Will it reach Sector 150 anytime soon? That would be a game changer.
U15, That's the million-dollar question! They're talking about it, but no concrete plans yet. Don't base your decision on something that might not happen.
U15, Metro is planned till Knowledge Park II. Sector 150 is still a bit far. Maybe in the next phase, but who knows when that will be?
ATS projects are good, no doubt. But check the RERA registration number carefully. I got burned once by a builder who promised everything but delivered nothing. Verification is key!
U6, sahi kaha. RERA mein sab details check karna chahiye. Also, visit the actual site multiple times. Don't just rely on brochures.
I invested in a project in Sector 150 three years ago. Initially, rates were low, but now they've almost doubled. But the downside is, possession is still pending. Builder keeps giving excuses. It's frustrating!
U8, Which project bhai? And what's the possession status according to RERA?
It's XYZ project (won't name them publicly). RERA says possession by end of this year, but I'm not holding my breath.
U8, End of this year toh bahut projects ka hai. Check their construction progress. Does it look like they'll actually meet the deadline?
U8, I've heard similar stories about XYZ. Be prepared for delays. Start documenting everything now.
U8, Bhai, legal notice bhejo. That sometimes lights a fire under their backsides.
Bhai, I'm also confused. 150 mein investment karna is risky but the potential gains are higher. Pari Chowk is safer but already saturated lagta hai. What to do yaar?
Connectivity is the key question. They're promising a lot with the Jewar airport coming up, but *when* will that actually happen? I'm skeptical. Has anyone seen concrete timelines?
U3, exactly! Jewar is always 'coming soon'. They've been saying that for years. I bought a plot near the airport in 2015 based on those promises. Abhi tak kachra pada hai.
U4, same pinch bhai! Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. These promises are just marketing gimmicks. Trust only what you see with your own eyes.
Sector 150 is definitely further out, that's true. Pari Chowk has better established connectivity *right now*. But 150 has that sports city vibe, right? More open space, less crowded. Depends on what you're looking for, I guess.
