Stumbled upon this video discussing Noida's real estate price growth by 2025. It talks about 5 factors driving that, which sounds great for potential ROI. But my biggest worry always comes back to actual possession. Builders yahan aksar timelines miss kar jaate hain, right? I'm not sure if these growth predictions fully consider project delays. What's your experience with Noida projects? Do they usually stick to the original possession dates, ya late ho jaate hain?

This is exactly my concern. RERA aaya toh tha delays rokne ke liye, but kitna effective hai actually? Kya kisi ko RERA se help mili hai possession delay ke case mein?
Honestly, RERA is like a band-aid on a bullet wound sometimes. It provides a legal recourse, but doesn't guarantee speedy
U4, RERA has helped to some extent, but it's a long process. You have to be persistent. My friend filed a complaint and got compensation, but it took almost a year. Aur builder pe penaly bhi lagti hai, but woh uska cost of doing business maan lete hain.

I've heard about a few in Alpha I Greater Noida that were delivered relatively on time, but they were premium projects. Budget projects mein toh delays common hain. Timely delivery ke liye thoda extra pay karna padta hai shayad.
U2, Alpha II mein bhi mixed reviews hain. Mere ek colleague ka project wahan bhi delay hua hai. Depends on the exact project, I guess. Which projects are you hearing about?

Sahi keh rahe ho. Sirf growth numbers dekhke decision lena risky hai. Possession delay se financial planning poori bigad jaati hai. EMI bhi jaa rahi hoti hai aur rent bhi.
