Noida 2026 appreciation: which sectors to trust?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector. I work in real estate but buying for myself, it's a different game yaar. Sab log Jewar Airport aur FNG ka hype de rahe hain, bol rahe hain ki Noida ka har kone mein prices double honge by 2026. Par, off the record, mujhe lagta hai kuch sectors already overvalued hain. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Is Sector 36 still a good bet for appreciation ya woh peak kar chuka hai? Everyone talks about Sector 150, but what about the actual growth potential for 2026, not just builder brochures?
