Honestly, I thought going direct to builders like JM Housing in Sector 131 for my 2BHK would save money. But I've noticed some brokers actually have better spot discounts or unit allocations, especially for a 70L budget. Yaar, is it just me, or do brokers sometimes give better deals than direct sales teams? My parents always say direct is best, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. Anyone else find this in Noida?
