My kids' school admissions are coming up next year, so we desperately need to lock down a 3BHK in Noida. We're eyeing Ambesten Infratech in Sector MU, budget around ₹1.2 Cr. I'm worried about the true all-in cost. Builders quote a price, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... how much extra does that typically add up to? Are there other hidden charges that only pop up at possession? Also, they keep talking super area, but my wife's priority is carpet area for the kids to play. How much difference should I expect? Honestly, I'm not sure how to calculate the real final amount. What's been your experience with Ambesten or similar projects in Noida?
