Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this upgrade process is. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa near Yamuna Expressway. But yaar, the price jump is massive. Is it really worth paying double for a 3BHK from builders like Godrej or ATS in Sector 150? Mera current home loan chal raha hai, aur naya EMI soch ke darr lag raha hai. Kya 3BHK ka appreciation ya rental yield itna better hoga ki it makes sense? Jewar Airport ke paas ka potential kaisa hai? Not sure if it's the right time for such a big jump.

Yaar, same pinch! This upgrade market is crazy. So confused.
And the hidden costs! Stamp duty, registration, fit-outs... budget hil jaata hai soch ke hi. It's not just the EMI.
Totally, especially Godrej and ATS, prices are insane. Feels like they're just milking the demand.
