Noida 3BHK prices are getting out of hand

₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 150 feels like a lot. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading. Is the price jump worth it for builders like Godrej or ATS? What's the actual construction quality like after possession? Also, any hidden charges or customer support nightmares with them? Don't want surprises.
