₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150... it's a massive commitment. My wife's pushing for a bigger place for the kids, school access is critical. We saw Godrej projects there, also ATS in Sector 107. Prices are high. Is the EMI burden truly offset by tax benefits like Section 24 and 80C? Wondering if a 3BHK now is smart.
