Noida 3BHK upgrade: are tax benefits worth it?

₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150. Everyone talks tax benefits, par Section 24 aur 80C ka kitna saving hai? Home loan hai. Is this premium justified? Change my mind.

Yaar, 1.5 crore for 3BHK in Sec 150? Tax benefits are there, no doubt, but that premium is huge. Mera budget toh hil jaayega. Is it really worth stretching so much just for a few lakhs saved in tax? I feel like the market is a bit overheated.
