Noida 3BHKs better for future growth
Been paying rent for almost 7 years now and honestly, I'm fed up. Landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge, property kharidna hai Noida mein. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr, looking at 3BHK options in Noida Extension or near Pari Chowk. Confused between 2BHK and 3BHK. Long-term plan hai, family grow hogi. Should I stretch for a 3BHK now or stick to a 2BHK for better ROI in 5-7 years? Also, under-construction projects mein risk lag raha hai despite RERA. Godrej Properties, ATS Group ka track record kaisa hai in terms of delivery? Ready-to-move options are expensive, but builder delay ka tension nahi. Noida International Airport se connectivity ka kya impact hoga? Any advice on specific societies or builders?

Bhai, totally relate! 7 saal ho gaye rent dete dete, ab toh bas apna ghar chahiye. ₹1.2 Cr budget mein 3BHK Noida Extension mein mil jaayega, but quality ka dhyan rakhna. Long-term ke liye 3BHK is definitely better, family grow hogi toh 2BHK chhota pad jayega. Godrej Properties ka track record theek hai, but ATS mein thoda careful rehna. Under-construction mein risk toh hai, par ready-to-move mein budget hil jaata hai. What are your thoughts on Godrej Nurture, anyone here
