Noida amenities: Reality check after possession

Visited Saraswati Executive Home last week. My wife loved the brochure amenities, especially the dedicated kids' play zones and the swimming pool. Honestly, site pe construction quality dekh ke thoda doubt ho gaya. Sunne mein aata hai ki promised clubhouse aur pools sirf showpiece reh jaate hain after possession, not really usable for kids. My main concern is ki actual, long-term construction quality kaisi hai – cracks, seepage issues toh nahi aate baad mein? Maintenance charges bhi kafi high lag rahe hain for a 3BHK. Is it really value for money for the amenities and service quality? Koi wahan rehta hai toh apna experience share karo, please. What's the real scene after a year or two?
