Noida: ATS vs Godrej - Which is better?

Guys, I'm confused between ATS and Godrej in Noida for investment. ATS projects mein location toh achi hai, but what about construction quality? Godrej ka reputation is good, but are their projects overpriced? Has anyone experienced delays with ATS? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one has better ROI potential in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye, which would you recommend and why?
