Noida folks, how many times have we heard "Noida Expressway is the future!" but then land acquisition issues stall projects? Well, Noida Authority is trying something new – land pooling instead of directly buying land. They're starting with 500 acres along the Expressway. Basically, they'll partner with landowners instead of forcing a sale. This could seriously speed things up and avoid court cases that delay projects for years.
