📢 Noida allottees, some good news from the Authority! The Noida Authority just approved its budget for the next year, and it includes some relief for us property owners. There's a three-month amnesty scheme coming for interest on water bills – could be a good time to clear those dues. Also, if you have a residential plot and haven't started construction yet, they're giving a final opportunity to get things moving.
