Noida Authority Approves Sports City Layout in Sector 150

Finally some good news for Noida folks! I know many of you have been worried about the Sports City project in Sector 150. "Kya hoga?" Well, the Noida Authority just approved the revised layout. Seedhi baat, this clears the way forward and should bring relief to around 20,000 homebuyers. This means construction can pick up pace. Sector 150 has always had great potential, and this approval should boost investor confidence. I think we can expect renewed interest in the area. What do you guys think? Will this finally push property prices up in Sector 150? I want to know your opinion.
