Noida Authority Cancels Ownership of Undeveloped Plots to Boost Housing

Noida folks, ever feel like some prime plots are just sitting empty, while the rest of us are scrambling to find a good home? Well, the Noida Authority is stepping in. They're planning to reclaim ownership of plots that haven't been developed in 12 years. Basically, if a plot owner hasn't built anything in that time, they risk losing it. If construction is underway, they get six more months to wrap things up. This could free up land for new housing projects and, hopefully, bring down prices a bit.
