Heard about the Noida Authority's new move? They're planning to cancel ownership of plots that have been vacant for over 12 years. Basically, if a plot owner hasn't built anything in a long time, the Authority might take it back to free up land for housing. If you're currently building, you've got six months to wrap things up.
