**12 years!** That's how long some residential plots in Noida have been lying vacant. Noida Authority is *not* happy about it. They're cancelling allotments of plots that have been empty for over a decade. Seedhi baat, this could actually be good news for those of us looking to buy in Noida. More plots freed up means more opportunities, right? If you're already building, you've got six months to finish up. Anyone actively searching for property in Noida right now? Share your experiences, are you seeing more options?

This is a welcome step. I remember trying to buy a plot in Sector 150 years ago, but the prices were ridiculous. Maybe things will finally change.
I bought a flat in Sector 137 three years ago. The metro connectivity has been a game-changer. But parking is still a nightmare.
12 years! That's insane. Good riddance to those hoarders. Hopefully, this will actually bring some sanity to Noida's property market. Zameen toh limited hai, bhai.
Seedhi baat, no more ghost towns! But will the Authority actually re-allot these plots fairly? Ya phir wahi chakkar chalega, insiders get preference?
Exactly my thought! Transparency is key here. Warna, same story, different day.
I'm actively looking in Sector 78. Prices are already sky-high. This news better translate to more options, and hopefully, some price correction.
Six months? That's a joke! Builders in Noida take six months just to pour the foundation. Mera toh possession delayed by 2 years already.
Which project are you talking about? Name and shame, bhai!
Haan yaar, six months is unrealistic. They should give at least a year.
