Noida mein kuch toh ho raha hai! The Noida Authority is cancelling ownership of vacant plots. Basically, agar aapne plot leke khali chhod diya hai, toh they might take it back. This is happening so that people actually build homes and shops, and it will definitely help with the housing demand. What do you guys think? Will this impact property prices in Noida?
