Noida mein plots khali pade hain, aur ab Noida Authority ne ek bada decision liya hai. Basically, agar aapko plot allot hua tha aur 12 saal mein bhi aapne us par construction shuru nahi ki, toh ownership cancel ho sakti hai. Yeh isliye ho raha hai taaki Noida mein aur ghar ban sakein aur sheher aur sundar dikhe. Agar aapne already construction start kar di hai, toh aapko 6 mahine ka time milega. Lekin agar kuch bhi nahi kiya, toh problem ho sakti hai. Buyers ke liye iska matlab hai ki market mein aur properties aaengi. Aapko kya lagta hai — positive ya negative for buyers?

So, what's the bottom line? Should I be worried about my investment? Anyone has any inside information?
Let's see what actually happens. Noida Authority has announced many things before, but implementation is always the key.
Market mein aur properties aaengi toh prices down hone chahiye na? But with the new metro line coming up, everything is getting more expensive.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Insane! I bought at 4.5k just 3 years ago.
What about the plots allotted to farmers under the quota? Will they be affected too?
Noida Authority should also focus on improving infrastructure. Roads are terrible in some sectors.
I agree with U17. Better planning is needed. More green spaces, better traffic management.
So, if someone has started construction, even if it's just the foundation, they get 6 more months?
Be careful everyone! Check RERA registration number before investing. Many builders are defaulters.
Does this affect group housing plots too? I thought this was only for individual plots.
I think it's positive in the long run. Noida needs better planning and execution. Too much haphazard development.
Bhai, this is all election jumla. Nothing will actually happen. They'll just keep extending deadlines.
This is a good move. I bought a flat in Noida Extension 5 years ago. Abhi tak possession nahi mila. Builders are sitting on land and not building.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Booked a flat in Sector 143, builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Ab RERA mein case file kiya hai.
6 months is a very short time to start construction. Getting approvals itself takes longer than that!
Haan yaar, exactly! Bureaucracy itni slow hai. This rule seems impractical.
I don't know, yaar. 12 years is a long time. Maybe people had genuine reasons for not building. What about NRIs who planned to return but couldn't?
Valid point, U2. But Noida Authority also needs to ensure development. They can't let land lie vacant indefinitely.
Exactly! Investment ke naam pe hoarding chal raha tha. This will hopefully bring more supply.
Positive for buyers definitely! More options, maybe prices will stabilize a bit? Sector 75 mein rates are crazy right now.
Kya fayda, bhai? Builder mafia will just buy them up and prices will remain high.
Anyone knows if this applies to all sectors? I have a plot in Sector 150, allotted in 2010. Thoda tension ho raha hai.
Haan bhai, go to their website. Sab details mil jayenge. They usually have a circular.
U7, better check with Noida Authority directly. Don't rely on hearsay. Official notification padho.
Finally some action! Bahut plots toh investors ne block kar rakhe hain, just sitting on them. Good for genuine buyers, I think.
