Noida Authority Extends 'Stalled Legacy Policy' Relief

Seems like there's some movement on those long-delayed Noida projects! The Noida Authority is giving developers another chance to join the UP government's "Stalled Legacy Policy." This could be a big deal for the 15,000 of us who are waiting for our homes, as it gives builders more time to pay off their dues and hopefully finish construction. Basically, builders who haven't paid the first 25% can get another shot. It might unclog some of the stuck projects. What do you all think? Does this extension give you more hope, and will it change the investment outlook for Noida real estate?
