Noida Authority Lifts Restrictions on Sports City Projects

Hey Noida folks, are you tired of projects getting stuck? I know many of us are! Big news coming out of Noida: the Noida Authority has finally removed restrictions on Sports City projects in Sector 150! This affects a LOT of people – around 20,000 homebuyers, to be exact. Plus, the Supreme Court gave the green light to revive the Lotus Green Constructions project. Builders like Tata, Godrej, Prestige, County, Eldeco and Lotus Greens are involved in Sports City. This could mean movement on delayed projects, and potentially a good opportunity for investment. Is this a turning point? What do you guys think? Anyone actively looking in Noida?
