1.5 Cr? You'll find something decent in Paras Tierea or Supertech Ecociti. Check the resale market too. Better deals mil sakte hain.
Be careful with Supertech! Unka toh pata hi nahi chalta kab bankrupt ho jaye. RERA check karo properly before investing.
