Noida mein plot kharidne ka plan hai? Toh suniye! The Noida Authority is planning to cancel allotments for residential plots that have been lying vacant for over 12 years. Seedhi baat, this means more plots could become available. It's all about making sure there's enough housing to meet the demand. This could be good news if you're looking to buy, as it might increase the supply of available plots. Sochiye zaroor. Has anyone had experience with plot allotments in Noida? Or know more about this policy change? Share your thoughts!

I'm curious to know how many plots are actually affected by this. Koi data hai kya?
So, what's the next step? When will the Noida Authority release the list of cancelled plots?
Let's see how this plays out. Noida mein toh kuch bhi ho sakta hai. Hoping for the best!
I think it's a good time to start researching and preparing your finances if you're seriously considering buying a plot in Noida. Opportunity knocks!
Keeping an eye on this news. Thanks for sharing! Will update if I find anything new.
Has anyone dealt with Supertech's plot offerings? Their reputation isn't the best, to be honest.
Supertech? Bhai, door raho. Too many delayed projects. Check RERA registration number before even considering.
I heard the new metro line extension is going to boost property values in Noida Extension. Is this true?
Definitely! Connectivity is a major factor. Noida Extension mein prices already badh rahe hain.
My friend bought a plot in Yamuna Expressway Authority area. Rates are lower, but development is slow. Consider that too.
I think this policy change is a positive step overall. It shows the Noida Authority is at least trying to address the housing shortage.
Anybody knows what the current circle rates are in Sector 44? Thinking of investing in a plot there.
Last I checked, Sector 44 mein circle rate around 1.5 lakh per square meter tha. But market rate is much higher.
This is all speculation until we see the actual list of plots being cancelled. Noida Authority ka kuch bharosa nahi.
Main toh kehta hoon, buy land, they're not making it anymore. Plots are always a good investment in the long run.
Haan bhai, location is key! Sector 150 looks promising with all the new developments and the upcoming Jewar airport.
I had applied for a plot allotment in Sector 151 back in 2010. Never heard back. Maybe now they'll finally do something. Fingers crossed!
Sector 151... that's near the Noida Expressway, right? How are the connectivity options there now?
This is a good initiative, but the process needs to be transparent. Pehle bhi toh allotments mein ghotala hua tha. Need to make sure that doesn't happen again.
So, if the allotment is cancelled, what happens to the money someone already paid? Refund milega?
That's the million-dollar question! Noida Authority se refund nikalwana is like extracting blood from a stone.
I bought a flat in Sector 78 three years ago. The builder promised so many things, but abhi tak swimming pool bhi nahi bana. Should have bought a plot instead...
Finally! Some action by the Noida Authority. Bohut plots toh aise hi pade hue hain, just accumulating dust. Good move, I say.
Seedhi baat no bakwas! But will this actually bring down prices? I doubt it. Demand is still too high.
Exactly! They'll just re-auction them at higher rates. Aam aadmi ko kya fayda?
Maybe not directly down, but it will at least slow down the price increase, right? More supply is always better.
12 years is a long time! I'm surprised they didn't do this sooner. What about commercial plots? Are they doing anything about those?
