Noida Authority to Cancel Ownership of Vacant Plots

Apparently, they're planning to cancel the allotment of plots that haven't been developed in 12 years. Basically, if someone's just sitting on land, they might lose it. This could mean more plots coming back into the market, which is good news for those actually looking to build. The idea is ki Noida mein jo residential demand hai, woh meet ho sake. What do you guys think? Will this actually bring down property prices in the long run?
