Noida Authority to Cancel Ownership of Vacant Plots

Socha aapne ek plot le liya, aur phir kuch plans change ho gaye... Now Noida Authority is saying enough is enough to vacant plots! Apparently, they're planning to cancel the allotment of plots that have been lying empty for 12+ years. Basically, if you haven't started construction, you might be in trouble. They are giving a 6-month grace period for plots where construction is already underway, which is a relief. This could mean more properties coming into the market, which *could* bring prices down a bit. Toh, Noida walon, yeh achhi khabar hai ya buri? What do you guys think?
