Noida Authority to Implement Land Pooling Policy for Land Acquisition

Heard some interesting news out of Noida that could impact real estate values. The Noida Authority is moving forward with a land pooling policy, targeting 500 acres near the Noida Expressway. This is a big deal for a few reasons. Firstly, it unlocks more land for development, which could mean more housing and commercial projects. Secondly, the farmers are getting a stake in the developed land, so that ideally means smoother acquisitions and less delays.
