Heads up, Noida folks! The Noida Authority is putting up public notices outside projects with major unpaid dues, like Lotus Panache (Lotus Group) and Granite Gate Properties. This could seriously impact project timelines and deliveries. Are you a buyer in Noida? Share your experiences and concerns about builder delays and how this might affect you.

This is a wake-up call for all of us. We need to be more aware and more cautious when investing in real estate.
What's the next step? Will the Authority actually take action or is this just a publicity stunt?
I think this will definitely impact the reputation of these builders. People will think twice before investing in their projects.
Hopefully, this will force the builders to expedite construction and deliver the flats on time. But I'm not holding my breath.
Let's see what happens next. Fingers crossed!
I bought in Noida Extension 5 years ago. Still paying EMI and rent. It's a huge financial burden.
The Noida Authority needs to be held accountable too. They approved these projects in the first place!
True! They should have done their due diligence before approving the plans.
Be careful everyone. Do not trust any builder blindly. Check their background, their financials, everything!
This is a good first step, but the Authority needs to do more than just put up notices. They need to actively help buyers get their flats or their money back.
I'm a tenant looking to buy. This news is making me rethink my plans. Maybe I should just stay put for now.
Possession mila kya kisi ko Lotus Panache mein? Seriously asking. Koi toh batao!
Not yet, bhai. Still waiting. They keep giving excuses.
My cousin got possession, but the amenities are not complete. No clubhouse, no swimming pool. Half the things are missing.
Heard the new registry rules are also causing delays. Something about the circle rates being increased.
Yeah, the circle rate increase is affecting everyone. Makes buying more expensive.
Exactly! And the builders are passing on the cost to the buyers. Double whammy!
Sector 150 is still booming, right? Heard the prices are crazy now. What's the average rate?
Yeah, Sector 150 is hot. Avg rate is around 7k-8k per sqft, depending on the project and location. New metro line is helping.
U16, but be careful even in Sector 150. Some projects are delayed there too. Don't just go by the hype.
My friend booked a flat in Supertech Emerald Court. We all know what happened there. Demolished! So sad for those buyers.
I bought a flat in Jaypee Greens in 2012. Still waiting for possession. Court cases, bankruptcy... it's been a nightmare. I feel for anyone going through this.
U10, OMG! That's awful! I hope you get your flat soon. Jaypee is a classic example of builder fraud.
Jaypee is a cautionary tale. Always do your due diligence before investing, people!
Anyone knows the RERA registration number for Lotus Panache? I want to check the status.
Thanks! Will do. This is so stressful. I am planning to buy in Noida but scared now.
UPRERAPRJ4888. Check the RERA website. Everything is online.
Finally! Some action. These builders think they can get away with anything. Good job, Noida Authority! But will it actually work? That's the question.
Lotus Panache? Again? Bhai, this is like the 10th time I've heard about their delays. Unbelievable. I was considering investing there a few years back, thank god I didn't.
Granite Gate? Never heard of them. Which sector mein hai? Anyone know?
Sector 75, I think. Near the metro station. Heard mixed reviews.
Yeah, Sector 75. My friend booked a flat there 5 years ago. Still waiting for possession. Avoid!
This is good news, but I'm skeptical. How much will this 'name and shame' actually impact them? They'll probably just ignore it and keep delaying.
Agreed. Authority needs to be stricter. RERA bhi kuch nahi kar pa raha hai effectively.
U6, I think it might impact their future sales. Who would want to buy from a builder who's publicly shamed?
Exactly! It's all showbaazi. They need to hit them where it hurts - fines, jail time, something real.
