Noida Authority land pooling policy laa rahi hai, jisse farmers se seedhe land acquire karenge for development. Plus, they've bumped up the direct purchase rate bhi, from ₹5,500 to ₹9,000 per square metre for smaller plots. Basically, this could mean more land available for projects, which eventually could stabilise or even reduce prices. Kya lagta hai, Noida mein property lene walon ke liye yeh good news hai ya bad?
