Heard a lot of folks worried about land availability and future development in Noida lately. Well, some potentially good news on that front! The Noida Authority is gearing up to acquire land for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR), often called New Noida. They're planning a mix of approaches for this, so it should hopefully be a fair process. This could mean a lot more opportunities down the line, with new projects and hopefully a boost to the local economy. What do you all think? Will this land acquisition drive property prices up in the area? Let's discuss!

Kya hua aage? Any updates on the land acquisition process?
What happened with the Supertech twin towers demolition? Did they actually follow through?
Haan, demolish ho gaya. It was a big victory for homebuyers.
But those homebuyers are still waiting for their refunds. It's a long and painful process.
Overall, I think this is a positive development for Noida. But we need to see how the Noida Authority manages the land acquisition process and ensures fair compensation for farmers.
Let's see how this unfolds. Need to keep a close eye on the master plan and the land acquisition details. Will definitely impact property prices in the long run.
Sector 78 mein rates kya chal rahe hain aajkal? Anyone knows the average price per square foot?
Noida Authority needs to fix the infrastructure first. Roads are terrible, drainage is a mess. New projects are useless if the basics aren't in place.
I think it's a good long-term investment. But be prepared for delays and don't expect quick returns. Patience is key in the Noida real estate market.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Classic Noida.
Which sectors are likely to be included in this New Noida project? Anyone has any idea?
Heard it's mostly around Dadri and some areas near Ghaziabad. But nothing is confirmed yet. Keep an eye on the Noida Authority website.
I'm a NRI looking to invest. Is this a good time to buy in Noida, considering all these developments?
Be careful! This builder has 3 delayed projects in Noida Extension already. Check RERA registration number before investing.
Possession mila kya kisi ko Jaypee Greens mein? Been waiting for years!
Totally agree yaar. Jaypee mein toh phase hue hain sab.
Jaypee? Bhai, bhul jao. They're bankrupt. Better to invest elsewhere.
Property prices toh skyrocket karenge hi. Metro extension bhi ho raha hai, toh aur demand badhegi.
True. But metro extension is only up to Greater Noida West. New Noida would need its own connectivity plan.
Haan, connectivity is crucial. Otherwise, it'll just be another isolated pocket of development.
Mera toh same experience tha 2 years ago. I booked a flat in Noida Extension, and the builder keeps delaying possession. Abhi tak kuch nahi hua.
What about the farmers whose land will be acquired? Are they going to get fair compensation? That's always a big issue with these projects.
Exactly! It's always the farmers who suffer. They need to ensure proper rehabilitation and compensation.
This is India, bhai. 'Proper' and 'compensation' are just words. Reality is very different.
New Noida? Sounds like another excuse to raise property prices. Pehle existing projects toh complete karein. Builder log toh loot rahe hain.
Yeh DNGIR ka master plan kab tak aayega? I've been hearing about this for years. Show me the details before I believe anything.
Exactly! Paper pe toh sab achha lagta hai. Ground reality is very different. Noida Authority needs to be more transparent.
Last I heard, they were aiming for a draft master plan by end of this year. But Noida Authority deadlines... well, you know how that goes.
Transparency is key. RERA mein bhi sab kuch dikhana chahiye.
I bought a flat in Sector 150 a few years ago. Prices have already gone up significantly. This New Noida thing will only accelerate that trend. Good for investors, maybe not so much for first-time buyers.
Finally kuch toh development ki news! I've been holding off on buying in Noida Extension because of all the uncertainty. Hopefully, this will stabilize things.
