Noida Authority to Use Land Pooling for Acquisition

Heard some of you are worried about land disputes delaying projects in Noida? Well, the Noida Authority is trying something new to avoid that! They're introducing a "land pooling" policy, which basically means they'll work directly with farmers to get land for development. This *should* mean less legal trouble and a bigger land bank for new projects. Hopefully, this will attract more investment and speed up development in the region.
