Noida folks, are you watching the stalled projects situation closely? Noida Authority is bending the rules a bit, offering relief even if builders haven't fully paid their dues. *Seedhi baat*, this could be good news for some stuck homebuyers, but what about the resale market? It's a gamble that could affect everyone's property values. Anyone have first-hand experience with this, or more intel on which builders are involved?

Bhai, Maxblis is still better than Jaypee. At least *some* construction is happening. Jaypee toh completely gone case lagta hai.
Seedhi baat no bakwas! This is long overdue. Stalled projects are a stain on Noida's reputation. But will it *actually* work this time? I'm skeptical.
I agree with U1. Good initiative, but Noida Authority needs to be strict. Builders have taken us for a ride for too long. Resale market will definitely take a hit initially, but long term, it's better to have completed projects.
Which builders are we talking about specifically? Anyone know about Amrapali's projects? I have a flat there...still waiting for possession.
U3, Amrapali is a whole different story, bhai. Supreme Court is involved. This is more about other builders who are struggling with dues.
Sector 75 mein Maxblis ka kya scene hai? Heard they are also facing issues.
