Noida mein builders aur buyers ke beech tension thodi kam ho sakti hai. Noida Authority ne stalled projects ke liye ek aur chance diya hai registry karwane ka, even if poora payment abhi tak nahi hua hai. Yeh news kaafi important hai un logon ke liye jo apne gharon ka possession lene ka wait kar rahe hain. Around 57 projects is policy ke under aate hain, so hopefully, cheezein thodi jaldi move hongi. Aap logon ka kya kehna hai? Will this affect property prices in Noida? Let's discuss!

Overall, this is a positive step, but implementation is key. Let's hope Noida Authority follows through this time.
I'm renting in Noida currently, considering buying. But the EMIs are so high!
Think long term. Rent bhi toh jaa raha hai na? At least with EMI, you're building equity.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake in Sector 137. Swimming pool is still not functional after 4 years!
What's the catch? Noida Authority never does anything without a hidden agenda.
So, what's the next step? When can we expect to see actual progress on these stalled projects?
This might give a boost to ready-to-move-in inventory. Good for buyers who want immediate possession.
Sector 150 is going to benefit the most from this, I think. Lots of projects stuck there.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya! Three months ka aur extension. Kya karein yaar?
Be careful with Supertech! They have a bad reputation for delays and quality issues.
Totally agree yaar! Supertech is a nightmare.
I'm an NRI looking to invest in Noida. Is this a good time, or should I wait?
Market is pretty hot right now. New metro line extension has pushed prices up. If you're looking long-term, it's still a good investment, but be prepared to pay a premium.
Skeptical about this. Noida Authority promises a lot, but delivery is always the issue.
I heard they're also streamlining the OC (Occupancy Certificate) process. That's what's really needed to speed things up.
Mera personal experience: Always check the builder's RERA registration number before investing. I learned the hard way.
Mera toh possession letter ready hai, but builder is demanding extra money for 'miscellaneous charges'. Is that even legal?
Absolutely not legal! Check your agreement and file a complaint with RERA. They cannot demand extra charges after the agreed-upon price.
I bought in Jaypee Greens 5 years ago. Still waiting for possession. This news gives me a little bit of hope, but I'm not holding my breath.
Does this apply to projects where the builder is bankrupt?
No, bankrupt projects are handled differently under IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code). This is for projects where the builder is still solvent but facing financial difficulties.
Finally some good news! I've been waiting for my registry for ages. Builder ne toh rulaya hua hai. Hopefully, this actually helps and isn't just another jumla.
Exactly! Every time they announce something, it feels like a new hurdle pops up. I'll believe it when I see it.
57 projects? Which ones exactly? Koi list hai kya? I invested in Amrapali, and I'm still screwed.
Amrapali is a different beast altogether bhai. Supreme Court is handling that. This is for other stalled projects where the builder is still somewhat functional.
Will this affect property prices? Definitely, I think. More supply = prices might stabilize, especially in sectors like 7x and 150.
Stabilize? Bhai, rates are already sky high! Sector 78 mein 2BHK ka rate kya chal raha hai pata hai?
