Exactly! I think it's a bubble. These 'luxury' projects are mostly just overpriced apartments with fancy lobbies. Sector 75 mein dekh lo, kitne unfinished projects pade hain.
40 crore? Bhai, itna toh Delhi mein bhi nahi lagta. Is it really worth it? What about the maintenance charges? That's where they really get you.
