Noida mein kya chal raha hai? I'm hearing whispers that Noida is becoming the next big luxury real estate hub! Apparently, the new international airport aur corporate interest ki wajah se, things are booming. M3M, Max, Gulshan, County Group jaise big developers are launching fancy residences, with prices going from ₹25,000-35,000 per sq ft – kuch toh ₹40 crore tak bhi ja rahe hain! Delhi One project bhi kaafi buzz bana raha hai. Yeh sab dekh kar lagta hai Noida mein real estate market is on fire. But is this a good thing or bad for us buyers? Kya bolte ho?

Noida mein luxury? Hmmm... I'm skeptical. Airport se prices badhenge, that's for sure, but luxury? Is it really sustainable, or just hype?
Bhai, hype toh hai. But corporate influx is real. My office shifted to Sector 132, and so many new projects are coming up. Rental yields are also quite good right now.
