Hey everyone, ever feel like you missed the Gurugram property boom? Well, Noida might just be the next big thing! With the airport coming up, big companies are moving in, and luxury builders are going all-in on Noida. Seedhi baat, this could mean serious appreciation for property values. What do you all think – how high will prices go?

So, overall, are we saying Noida is a good long-term investment or not? Confused now!
Anyone knows the current average rate per sqft in Sector 93A?
What happened with that Yamuna Expressway development plan? Heard a lot about it a while back.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is Noida for you.
NRI here. Looking to invest in a 2BHK. Any suggestions on which sector to focus on? Budget is around 80 lakhs.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake last time. Swimming pool is still a big hole in the ground!
Real estate rates are already rising due to inflation and construction costs. This Noida 'boom' might just be riding that wave.
I think Noida Extension is still a good bet for first-time buyers on a budget.
Heard DLF is planning something big near the airport. That might be a good investment.
Be careful – this builder has 3 delayed projects already. Check their track record before investing your hard-earned money.
What about the new metro line extension? Will that impact property prices significantly?
Definitely. Connectivity is key. The more accessible a place is, the higher the demand.
Sector 137 mein kya scene hai? Anyone invested there?
Luxury is relative. What they call 'luxury' here is often just mediocre quality with a fancy price tag.
Totally agree yaar! Marble ki jagah tiles chipka dete hain, and call it 'premium finishing'.
Possession mila kya kisi ko Supertech Emerald Court mein? Still fighting for my dues!
Emerald Court? That's a whole different level of mess. Good luck bhai.
Don't even get me started on Supertech. Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago...
Which are the builders you guys trust in Noida right now? Any recommendations?
Ajmera is decent. But even they have delays sometimes.
Sector 150 looking good though. Greenery and all. Premium pricing bhi hai.
Sector 150 is overpriced, IMO. Better options available around Pari Chowk if you look carefully.
I bought a 3BHK in Sector 75 three years ago. Price hasn't appreciated as much as I'd hoped. Maybe this new wave will finally help.
Airport is the game changer. Jab tak woh nahi banta, I'm not betting big on Noida.
Bhai, Noida toh hamesha se potential hub tha. But infrastructure ke naam pe lollipop pakdate hai. Airport kab banega actually? That's the real question.
Exactly! Gurugram waale toh kabka nikal gaye. Noida mein bas promises milte hai.
Seedhi baat hai, corporate influx is a good sign. But builder ka track record check karna zaruri hai. Warna phas jaoge.
Haan, RERA is your best friend. I learned that the hard way.
True that! RERA registration number check karo before you even think about giving them a booking amount.
