M3M? Be careful. Their track record is mixed. Delayed projects are a common complaint. RERA registration number check kar lena before investing.
Totally agree yaar. M3M is all hype. Better to go with a more established builder like Godrej or Tata if you want peace of mind.
Godrej is good, but their prices are also quite high now. Finding a decent 3BHK within budget is becoming impossible.
I bought a 2BHK in Sector 137 three years ago for 45 lakhs. Now the same flat is going for almost 80 lakhs! Insane appreciation. But the maintenance charges are killing me.

Haan bhai, I agree with U1. Luxury is only for those who can afford it. Aam aadmi toh phas gaya hai in delayed projects. But the airport definitely adds value, no doubt.
