Noida brokers ka game — kitna sach, kitna jhoot?

Noida Extension — sab bolte hain great for investment, but I'm not so sure. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 137 right now, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe ₹1.2 Cr tak. Honestly, I think brokers are just playing games. They always say "no negotiation possible," "prices are fixed." But I feel they're just pushing the builder's agenda, especially for places like Ambesten Infratech projects. Are they really helping us get a deal, ya just inflating prices? Should I bypass them completely? Change my mind.
