Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm eyeing Msx Developers in Sector 47 for a 3BHK, around ₹1.5 Cr. From my experience, brokers quote flat prices but hide stamp duty, registration, PLC. Spot discounts often disappear with these extra costs. Is this still the scene with brokers in Noida? Any actual advantage over direct builder deals?
